【摘要】 目的 探讨Survivin反义核酸对胰腺癌细胞系PANC-1细胞凋亡的影响。方法 将已构建成功的Survivin反义核酸真核表达载体pcDNA3-SVVas电转染胰腺癌细胞系PANC-1，并筛选转染成功的阳性克隆;台盼蓝拒染法观察Survivin反义核酸对PANC-1细胞生存的影响;核染色检测凋亡细胞的细胞核的变化。结果 转染Survivin反义核酸的PANC-1/SVVas细胞增殖明显受抑，与PANC-1/neo细胞、PANC-1细胞进行比较，差异有显著性(P<0.05);与未转染反义核酸细胞相比，PANC-1/SVVas细胞作用的细胞核呈致密浓染。结论 Survivin反义核酸可诱导PANC-1细胞凋亡，为胰腺癌的基因治疗研究提供了实验依据。
