【摘要】 目的 分析讨论医疗纠纷的原因、防范对策及法医病理学尸检的意义和重要性。方法 从西安交通大学法医学司法鉴定中心2000～2003年尸检资料中选出涉及医疗纠纷的55例尸检资料，以表格逐一登记，分类整理，最后进行分析。结果 医疗纠纷多与猝死、难以避免的并发症死亡、临床诊断不清、误诊误治及部分医务人员行为过失等有关。结论 医疗纠纷的发生影响因素较多，尸检对医疗纠纷的正确处理和防范有重要作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the causes of medical tangle，how to avoid it and the significance of forenˉsic autopsy.Methods A total of55cases of medical tangles were chosen from forensic mortuary dissection of our cenˉter during4years(2000～2003).Results The causes of medical tangle include unclear or incorrect diagnosis，inapˉpropriate treatment，and the unfriendly attitude of medical workers，etc.Conclusion The medical tangles are associatˉed with many factors and the mortuary dissection is helpful to solve or even avoid the medical tangle.
