【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of smoked sterilization of Chinese atractylodes，argy wormwood leaf and the mixture of them in animal chamber.Methods In the experiment，we put directly quantitative Chinese aˉtractylodes，argy wormwood leaf and the mxture of them(1.0g/m 3 )on the controllable electric furnace，and smoke them to sterilize the air in animal chamber.Then using plate conut to observe the deficiency of sterilization in various time(30min，60min)，and compare them with lactic acid evaporation，and on the basis of comparison we evaluate adˉvanced their deficiency of sterilization.Results After used respectively four species matters to sterilize the air in the animal chamber ......
