【摘要】 目的 观察“全经推拿法”对亚健康状态甲襞微循环的影响。方法 采用北京福凯公司生产的XTW—J微循环彩色显微分析仪，按田牛教授加权积分法计分设计，测定30例亚健康状态患者的甲襞微循环相关指标。结果 治疗前后甲襞微循环检测值比较:管袢数和管袢长无变化，而输入支、输出支、袢顶明显变小，流速明显变快;治疗前后积分值比较:清晰度和粗细不均有所改善(P<0.05)，管袢畸形、红细胞聚集、血色、乳头下静脉丛、真皮乳头等积分明显减少(P<0.01)。同时形态积分、流态积分、袢周积分及总积分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.01)。结论 “全经推拿法”能明显改善亚健康状态患者的甲襞微循环指标。
