【摘要】 目的 研究椎基底动脉供血不足患者平衡功能与脑血流量和脑干功能的关系。方法 随机选择椎基底动脉供血不足病例组80例，正常对照组80例，平衡仪测定患者平衡功能、 133 Xe吸入法测定脑血流量(CBF)并检测脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)。结果 椎基底动脉供血不足患者脑干和小脑CBF明显下降，与对照组比较，P<0.05，大脑平均CBF稍有降低，BAEP异常58例，占72.5%;对照组26例，占32.5%，两组比较χ 2 =25.7，P<0.01;平衡测定各项指标与对照组比较，P<0.05;病例组脑干CBF正常者，BAEP多正常，平衡功能优于CBF降低者。结论 椎基底动脉供血不足患者平衡功能与脑血流量和脑干功能密切相关，结合脑干CBF和BAEP可以更客观评价椎基底动脉供血不足患者平衡功能。
