【摘要】 目的 比较不同的治疗方法对各类烧伤创面的治疗作用。方法 100例烧伤患者分治疗组(福立康+金因肽)45例;对照组(磺胺嘧啶银)55例。结果 治疗组深Ⅱ度创面自然愈合天数明显少于对照组;植皮率与疤痕发生率也明显低于对照组;治疗组用药后止痛效果的优秀与良好率都明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 烧伤患者应用联合治疗效果更好。

    【Abstract】 Objective To compared of curative effect in patients with burns by different external use drug methods.Methods 100cases of burns set off treatment group(n=45)and control group(n=55).Results The deepⅡdegree to create a the nature day number，treatment group wree obvious less than that control group;rate of plant skin and scar formation were obviously lower than that control group;The acesodyne effect of treatment group were obviously highter than that control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The therapeutic alliance could got the better treatment than the single treatment for in patients with burn.
