【摘要】 目的 分析我院8例风湿性多肌痛的临床特点，并进行有关循证医学的文献复习。方法 分析我院近10年收治的8例风湿性多肌痛的临床特点、实验室检查和治疗效果。结果 风湿性多肌痛以颈部，肩胛带，髋部肌肉疼痛为特点，伴ESR升高，小剂量激素治疗敏感。结论 对老年患者伴颈，肩胛带，髋部肌肉疼痛，ESR升高，高度警惕风湿性多肌痛。
