【摘要】 目的 探讨改良髓内针微创内固定治疗胫腓骨骨折的手术操作及临床意义。方法 回顾分析38例胫腓骨骨折患者采用改良梅花针在进针处做小切口，采用导针法完成闭合内固定的方法并与传统胫腓骨骨折内固定方法进行比较。结果 门诊随访半年，全部愈合。下肢无短缩，骨折远端无旋转改变，亦无断针、弯针发生。结论 本组治疗方法创伤轻、操作简便易行，并发症少，住院费用低，医疗纠纷少是一种理想的治疗方法，值得临床推广应用。
