【摘要】 目的 研究188Re-硫化铼放射性滑膜切除术治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗和安全性。方法 12例膝关节骨关节炎关节腔内注射188Re-硫化铼12～16毫居里，比较术前及术后3～4个月的关节临床评级、全身同位素扫描和膝关节MR检查的结果。结果 临床随访显示12例中10例治疗后膝关节评级较治疗前提高1～2个等级。同位素扫描及MR随访显示12例中8例治疗后关节滑膜炎性病变减轻。术后第二天同位素扫描未发现肝、肾和骨髓的核素聚集。结论 188Re-硫化铼放射性滑膜切除术是治疗膝关节骨关节炎的一种有效和安全的方法。
