【摘要】 目的 通过对两组下肢骨折病人实施不同的护理措施和下肢深静脉血栓发生率的比较，探讨护理措施的可行性。方法 针对静脉血栓形成的相关因素，采取相应的预防及护理措施，以降低下肢深静脉血栓的发生率。结果 实验组下肢深静脉血栓的发生率为0.24%，对照组下肢深静脉血栓的发生率为19.55%，两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 采取一系列的预防、护理措施，对降低下肢深静脉血栓的发病率具有显著的效果。
