【摘要】 目的 探讨库血经白细胞滤器过滤后，其中的白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、血小板以及免疫球蛋白(G，A，M)的含量变化，红细胞膜脆性的前后变化。方法 将过滤前后的库血应用常规的分析方法，分析其中的某些化学组分的变化。结果 去白细胞滤器对库血的白细胞的滤过率可达99.1%，而对于红细胞、血红蛋白的回收率均在90%以上，血小板的回收率在75%以上。红细胞脆性过滤前后无明显差异，免疫球蛋白的含量无明显差异。结论 白细胞滤器对血液中的不同的成分滤过能力不尽相同。
