【摘要】 目的 探讨MMP-2、CD44v6和肿瘤间质微血管密度(Microvascular density，MVD)与非小细胞肺癌临床病理特征及患者生存期的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学S-P法，检测73例随访资料完整的非小细胞肺癌MMP-2、CD44v6的表达，并在CD34标记切片检测肿瘤间质MVD。结果 非小细胞肺癌MMP-2表达阳性率在腺癌组和淋巴结转移组较高(P<0.05)，MMP-2表达阳性组较阴性组的肿瘤间质MVD高(P=0.019)，MMP-2表达阳性组较阴性组患者生存期短(P=0.01)。CD44v6的表达在组织学分级3～4级组、有淋巴结转移组、TNMⅡ～Ⅲa期组的阳性率较高(P<0.05);肿瘤间质MVD在有淋巴结转移组、TNMⅡ～Ⅲa期组计数较高(P<0.05)。CD44v6、VEGF过表达及肿瘤间质MVD计数高组患者生存期较短(P<0.01)。结论 非小细胞肺癌MMP-2、CD44v6过表达及肿瘤间质MVD升高提示肿瘤患者预后差，三者有可能成为判断非小细胞肺癌生物学行为和临床预后的重要指标。
