【摘要】 依照教育部和北京大学有关教育改革的设想和医院管理体制改革的理念，我院在2002年始将教学办公室、研究生办公室和医务处所属继续教育办公室规划到一起，合为教育处，统管医院教育，确立了新的管理模式。经过2年的摸索实践证明，此举体现了职能部门体制改革的必要性和重要性。对进一步完善管理体制改革建设，不断提高规范化、科学化管理工作水平，以及完成不同层次的临床教学任务和保证教学质量极为重要。关键词 四轨合一 管理模式 教育体制改革
