【摘要】 目的 探讨糖尿病慢性并发症相关危险因素。方法 对糖尿病病程、血压、血糖、胰岛素、C-肽、血脂等测定，统计分析它们之间的关系。结果 观察到慢性并发症组较无慢性并发症组，病程、血压、血糖、年龄差异有显著性。结论 慢性并发症的发生与病程、高血压、血糖、胰岛素呈正相关。
