【摘要】 目的 探讨中药对糖尿病微血管并发症大鼠阴茎海绵体NOS活性的影响。方 建立糖尿病大鼠模型，测定大鼠阴茎海绵体组织NOS活性。结果 提示临床经验方降糖起萎合剂可明显升高糖尿病微血管并发症大鼠阴茎海绵体匀浆NOS水平。结论 中药可明显升高糖尿病微血管并发症大鼠阴茎海绵体NOS活性。关键词 中药 NOS 阴茎海绵体 糖尿病微血管并发症
