【摘要】 目的 探讨超声组织定征(UTC)对慢性乙型肝炎肝脏炎性病变不同程度进行量化诊断的作用。方法 用UTC视频法测量慢性乙型肝炎患者二维超声图像的灰阶值，并与其肝穿病理组织学肝脏炎性病变分级对比。结果 UTC视频法测出的肝脏声像图的灰阶值在慢性乙型肝炎病理组织学肝脏炎性病变分级中的差异有非常显著性(P<0.001)。肝脏炎性病变分级G0、G1、G2和G3各组间灰阶值的差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 可用超声视频法这一无创性的检查方法对慢性乙型肝炎肝脏炎性病变的程度进行声像图量化诊断。
