【摘要】 目的 探讨静息心肌显像对心肌梗死的诊断，判定梗死部位，指导治疗及预后的价值。方法 对95例临床考虑心肌梗死诊断的患者，同时给予冠状动脉造影(CAG)及 99m 锝-甲氧基异丁基异腈( 99m Tc-MIBI)静息核素心肌灌注计算机断层显像(SPECT)。结果 冠脉造影显示:诊断心肌梗死87例，阴性8例。静息心肌显像提示:诊断心肌梗死的敏感性为95.4%(83/87)，特异性为75%(6/8)，阳性预测值为97.6%(81/83)，诊断符合率91.6%(87/95)。结论 静息核素心肌显像对于心肌梗死的临床应用有重要价值。

    The clinical value of the rest 99m Tc-MIBI myocardial perfusion

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of the rest 99m Tc-MIBI myocardial perfusion single photone eˉmission computed tomography imaging(SPECT)for diagnosis of the myocardial infarction;program of treatment and prediction of cardiac event rate in patients.Methods 99m Tc-MIBI myocardial perfussion imaging and the coronary angiogrpahy was performed on95patients with clinical symptom of the myocardial infarction.Results Among95paˉtients who had performed coronary angiography87patients were diagnosed as myocardial infarction.The sensitivety in SPECTwas95.4%and the specificity was75%.The positive predictive values in coronary heart disease97.6%and the diagnosis rate91.6%.Conclusion The rest 99m Tc-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging has a high value for foreˉcasting the myocardial infarction and predicting of cardiac event rate in patients. ......
