【摘要】 目的 探讨下腔静脉平滑肌肉瘤的诊治方法。方法 回顾分析我科收治的2例下腔静脉平滑肌肉瘤患者的诊治过程。1例行下腔静脉内肿瘤根治性切除，下腔静脉补片成形术。1例行下腔静脉内肿瘤姑息性切除术。结果 行根治性切除者术后恢复顺利，但随访到7个月时出现局部复发。行姑息性切除者术后7天死于肝肾功能衰竭。结论 提高下腔静脉平滑肌肉瘤的诊治疗效在于疾病的早期发现和血管外科技术的合理应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of the leiomyosarcoma of the inferior vena caˉva.Methods The clinical data of two cases of leiomyosarcoma of the inferior vena cava were analyzed retrospectively.One patienthad been given radical resection.The other had been given palliative resection.Results The patient unˉdergoing radical resection was well recovered，but was found local recurrence7months after operation.The patient unˉdergoing palliativeresection was died of renal and liver failure7days after operation.Conclusion Abetter curative effect in patients with leiomyosarcoma of the inferior vena cava requires early finding of the tumor.
