【摘要】 目的 探讨非诺贝特对2型糖尿病患者血脂和血管内皮功能的作用。方法 60例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组，分别给予非诺贝特或安慰剂治疗12周，利用高分辨率超声测定血流或硝酸甘油介导的肱动脉舒张，并观察血脂变化。结果 两组治疗前血糖、血脂水平相似。12周后，非诺贝特组甘油三酯显著下降，高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇升高，血流介导的血管舒张(7.66±1.35)%显著增加，较同组治疗前(4.21±1.62)%和安慰剂组治疗后(5.64±1.58)%均显著增加。12周后，两组硝酸甘油介导的舒张反应相似，较治疗前轻度改善。结论 非诺贝特可调节2型糖尿病患者血脂水平，改善内皮依赖性的血管舒张功能。
