【摘要】 目的 探讨BiPAP呼吸机在神经—肌肉疾病合并呼吸衰竭中作用的疗效。方法 21例神经—肌肉疾病合并呼吸衰竭在常规治疗的基础上给予BiPAP呼吸机A/C模式通气治疗，分别于通气后2h及48h对心率、呼吸、血气分析进行自身前后对比。结果 治疗前后心率、呼吸比较有明显下降(P<005)。PO 2 明显上升(P<0.05)，PCO 2 明显下降(P<0.05)，SaO 2 明显上升(P<0.05)。结论 使用BiPAP呼吸机治疗神经—肌肉疾病合并呼吸衰竭可以明显的改善症状，有效的控制病情的发展。
