【摘要】 目的 探讨髓内针拔出困难的原因，以解决髓内针拔出困难这一难题。方法 通过髓针尾端插入硅胶管20～40cm，注气20ml或在骨的远端骨皮质钻孔插入硅胶管注气20ml。结果 采用上述方法均能顺利拔出。结论 髓内针固定愈合后，髓针在髓腔内留置时间不能超过2年，否则会造成相对负压或近似真空状态，给拔针造成困难，采用注气和钻孔注气法，具有良好的效果。
