【摘要】 目的 总结胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗经验。方法 对42例病人的50例胫骨平台骨折采用Schatzker分类法进行分类，并分别使用解剖钢板、螺丝钉、空心钉等行切开复位内固定治疗，并对膝关节功能进行评定。结果 50例骨折中，按Schatzker分类:Ⅰ型9例，Ⅱ型18例，Ⅲ型7例，Ⅳ型8例，Ⅴ型5例，Ⅵ型3例，均为闭合性骨折。随访时间4～28(平均18.5)个月，患膝关节功能评定结果:骨折对位对线良好、内固定使用正确可靠、膝关节功能完全或基本恢复正常者为优16例(占32%)，骨折对位对线较好、内固定使用正确、术后膝关节活动轻度受限、有轻度疼痛或不适，但不影响正常生活者为良28例(占56%)，骨折对位对线尚可、关节面不平、内固定使用正确但不可靠、术后膝关节活动受限及疼痛者为一般4例(占8%)，骨折对位对线差、关节面明显不平、内固定使用不正确、骨折畸形愈合、膝关节负重时疼痛明显者为差2例(占4%)，总优良率为88%。结论 骨折分型准确、手术适应证选择得当，内固定物的合理使用及正规的手术操作是获得良好结果的关键。
