【摘要】 目的 观察在体外循环心脏手术中应用抑肽酶的临床效果。方法 60例体外循环心脏手术患者，随机分成2组:抑肽酶组和对照组进行对照比较。结果 抑肽酶组术后的血红蛋白、血小板数量比对照组明显增高(P<0.01)，术后出血量、输血量均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 在体外循环心脑手术中应用抑肽酶通过对血小板功能的保护和抗纤溶作用达到理想的止血效果。关键词 抑肽酶 体外循环
