【摘要】 目的 探讨结肠黑变病的临床特点。方法 回顾分析我院近年来处理的54例结肠黑变病病人，并复习近年来的相关文献。结果 54例病人均存活，病情得到不同病程度的缓解。结论 结肠黑变病发病率上升，有时表现为急腹症，易与结肠癌混淆，需手术治疗。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of melanosis col(MC).Methods We retˉrospectively study the54cases of MC treated in our hospital in recent years，and analyze with references.Results All the patients is

    alive，and became better to some extent.Conclusion The pathogenesis ratio increased in recent years.Some have the manifestation of acute abdomen disease，predispose to be misdiagnosed as coli cancer，need to be operated.
