【摘要】 目的 观察针灸结合现代中药美容技术对痤疮的疗效并分析其影响因素。方法 采用传统针灸、刺络放血与现代中药美容护理技术相结合的方法治疗痤疮162例，观察疗效。结果 162例中，痊愈者108例，占66.7%，总有效率为97.5%。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ度各分型之间、各年龄段之间的疗效差异均有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 针灸结合现代中药美容技术治疗痤疮疗效显著;病情轻重和年龄是影响疗效的重要因素。

    The effect of combined treatment of acne with acupuncture and modern Chinese medicinal cosmesis

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of combined treatment on acne and to analyse the affecting facˉtors to the curative effect.Methods Combined treament of acupuncture，puncture bloodletting of meridian and modern Chinese medicinal cosmesis of162cases of acne.Results 108cases(66.7%)were cured.The total effective rate was97.5%.The effectwas significantly different(P<0.01)among each type and each age group.Conclusion The combined treatment has a very good effect on acne.The state of acne and patient’s age significantly effect the results
