【摘要】 目的 研究功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia FD)患者的胃液体排空功能，探讨各种类型FD与胃液体排空功能的关系，及胃液体排空率与患者症状的相关性。方法 按罗马Ⅱ诊断标准诊断的FD患者，分为运动障碍型(25例)，溃疡型(20例)，非特异型三组(12例)，设健康对照组(11例)。所有患者接受胃镜及腹部B超检查，排除上消化道及腹腔脏器的器质性病变，并检测Hp。然后通过B超用胃窦截面积法检测受试者30min、60min、90min及120min胃液体排空率，同时按统一标准对所有病人的消化不良症状进行评分。结果 (1)运动障碍型患者30min、60min、90min及非特异型30min胃排空率均低于对照组。(2)Hp阳性与阴性患者胃排空率及症状积分无差异。(3)FD患者症状积分与胃排空率无相关性。(4)男女性患者胃排空率无显著差异，但女性患者症状积分较男性患者高。结论 运动障碍型的FD患者有胃排空功能的缺陷，Hp感染与否不影响胃排空功能，FD患者症状轻重程度与胃排空功能并不相关，女性患者对症状的感受较敏感。
