【摘要】 目的 初步探讨急症子宫切除术在产科大出血中的应用。方法 采用回顾性分析我院1992～2003年间收治的14例因产科大出血而行急症子宫切除术患者的临床资料。结果 14例均为保守治疗不能控制的产科大出血患者，最后经行急症子宫切除术而痊愈出院。结论 产科急症子宫切除术是抢救产科大出血挽救患者生命的一项重要措施。关键词 产科大出血 急症 子宫切除术

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of emergency hysterectomy on arresting severe postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on14cases of emergency hysterectomy by reason of seˉvere postpartum hemorrhage between Jan1992and Dec2003.Results All the patient with severe postpartum hemorˉrhage who couldn’t be controlled by conservative treatment were recovered by emergency hysterectomy.Conclusion Emergency hysterectomy is one of the effective methods on arresting severe postpartum hemorrhage.
