【摘要】 目的 探讨血清中肿瘤标志物CA-125和CEA在卵巢癌诊断中的临床应用价值。方法 采用Elecsys1010全自动电化学发光免疫分析仪测定32例卵巢癌，32例良性卵巢病血清中的CA-125、CEA的水平。结果 卵巢癌组CA-125、CEA的测定值分别为137.4ng/ml、7.3ng/ml，均显著高于良性卵巢病组。结论 CA-125对卵巢癌的诊断价值高于CEA，CA-125与CEA的联检对卵巢癌的诊断具有一定的临床应用价值。
