【摘要】 目的 总结骨盆骨折合并伤的临床治疗经验，提高治愈率。方法 采用回顾性调查的方法对198例骨盆骨折患者进行了资料分析。结果 合并失血性休克78例，典型脂肪栓塞3例，挤压综合征2例，下尿路损伤16例，治愈189例，死亡9例，死亡重要原因之一为合并伤。结论 合并伤较骨盆骨折本身危重，应予以足够重视，早期诊断，正确处理是降低病死率的重要因素。
