【摘要】 目的 观察重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)预防和治疗急性放射性皮炎的作用。方法 78例皮肤受量较高的恶性肿瘤患者采用自身对照的方法分为预防性用药组和治疗性用药组。用药野将rhEGF喷于野内，对照野常规处理。预防性用药及对照野的常规处理与放射治疗同时进行。治疗性用药与对照的处置待出现I级放射性皮炎后再进行。根据RJOG急性放射性皮炎的分级标准进行临床评价。结果 所有放射野均发生急性放射性皮炎，rhEGF预防性用药组和治疗性用药组Ⅲ级以上皮炎发生率均低于对照组，分别为20%、60%(P<0.025)和35.4%、70.8%P<0.005)，且出现Ⅱ级皮炎时的剂量差值(用药野-对照野)平均为12±6.08Gy(P<0.01)。结论 rhEGF可降低Ⅲ级皮炎的发生率，可提高皮肤对放射线的耐受剂量。
