【摘要】 目的 通过对109例70岁以上老年髋部骨折的治疗分析，探讨其治疗方法选择及手术必要性。方法 采用开放复位内固定及人工髋关节置换术。结果 本组无一例死亡，随访79例，平均18个月，功能优良者71例，占89.87%，可8例，占10.13%。结论 老年人髋部骨折并发症多，应严格掌握手术适应症，加强围手术期管理，采取积极的手术治疗是治疗髋部骨折的理想方法之一。
