【摘要】 目的 分析肝脓肿穿刺置管引流术在肝脓肿治疗中的应用。方法 回顾性分析1998年3月～2004年3月，对89例肝脓肿病人予以B超引导下肝脓肿定位穿刺置管引流术。结果 本组89例病人共进行102次穿刺置管引流术，效果满意。结论 B超引导下肝脓肿穿刺置管引流术简便、安全，住院时间短、费用少，并发症和病死率低，可用于治疗大多数肝脓肿。
