【摘要】 目的 分析开放性手术方法治疗前列腺增生症的临床应用效果。方法 对开放性手术方法的术式及并发症进行比较。结果 前列腺尿道部解除梗阻，尿路通畅。结论 经会阴前列腺切开治疗前列腺增生症，方法简单易行、损伤小、出血少、危险性小、术后并发症少，近远期疗效满意。
