【摘要】 目的 分析亚甲蓝应用于神经阻滞所产生的疗效及副作用。方法 39例神经痛患者按操作程序以1%亚甲蓝作神经阻滞，并定期复诊、随访。结果 39例神经痛全部有效，副作用有局部灼痛、疼痛加剧、局部水肿、针痕和尿液呈蓝色等，无严重不良反应。结论 1%亚甲蓝应用于神经阻滞具有疗效好、副作用小的特点。
