【摘要】 目的 探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声(TVCDS)在早期诊断异位妊娠中的价值。方法 对已经腹腔镜及手术病理证实的102例异位妊娠病例的TVCDS诊断资料进行回顾性分析。结果 102例异位妊娠病例均发生在输卵管部位(其中间质部2例、峡部10例、壶腹部89例、伞端1例);见明确胚囊结构33例，混合性包块型60例，实质性包块型9例;CDFI探及包块周围滋养层血流100例，未探及血流信号2例，脉冲多普勒频谱特征为频谱增宽、单相或双相、包络线欠清晰、高速低阻力的血流频谱，测收缩期峰值流速(Vs)15～40cm/s，平均流速(Vmean)(31±2.85)cm/s;舒张末期流速(Vd)8～19cm/s，Vmean(12±2.12)cm/s;阻力指数(RI)平均为(0.46±0.03)。结论 TVCDS在早期诊断异位妊娠中具有很高的价值。
