【摘要】 目的 探讨脂肪肝患者血脂3项和肝功酶学6项指标变化。方法 选择脂肪肝者161例，和与之年龄和性别相匹配的非脂肪肝者73例同时测定血脂和肝功酶学6项指标，并对结果进行统计学分析研究。结果 脂肪肝者血脂3项中TC、TG明显增高，HDL-C降低。肝功酶学6项指标均不同程度高于正常值上限，其中ALT、r-GT、AST、LAP升高显著，与对照组相比均显示有统计学意义(P分别<0.01及0.001)。结论 脂肪肝者血脂增高和肝功酶学指标改变有明显的相关关系，显示对脂肪肝者进行肝功酶学指标监测有利早期预防和治疗。
