【摘要】 目的 探讨银屑病成纤维细胞对角质形成细胞增殖的作用。方法 原代培养银屑病成纤维细胞、正常人成纤维细胞，无血清培养的角质形成细胞，四甲基偶氮唑蓝比色法(MTT法)检测银屑病成纤维细胞、正常人成纤维细胞培养上清对角质形成细胞增殖的影响。结果 银屑病成纤维细胞培养上清培养的角质形成细胞的增殖活性高于正常人成纤维细胞培养上清组和无血清培养的角质形成细胞。结论 银屑病成纤维细胞可能通过释放某些可溶性细胞因子促进角质形成细胞的增殖，维持银屑病皮损表皮的过度增殖状态。
