【摘要】 目的 观察紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床疗效及毒副反应。方法 经病理或细胞学证实的Ⅲ B 期和Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者21例，第1天紫杉醇，170mg/m 2 ，加入生理盐水中静滴4～6h，顺铂30mg/m 2 ，第1、2、3天静滴。结果 37例患者中CR2例，PR17例，SD12例，PD6例，总有效率(CR+PR)51.3%，临床获益率(CR+PR+SD)83.7%，主要的毒副反应为骨髓抑制、消化道反应及肌肉酸痛，绝大多数患者能够耐受。结论 紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者疗效确切，副反应能够耐受，值得推广使用。
