【摘要】 目的 初步探讨应用放射性碘125粒子植入联合体外高频热疗治疗晚期肝癌患者的疗效。方法 对8例晚期肝癌患者，用三维实体定向放射治疗计划系统(TPS)制定其粒子治疗计划，在CT定位引导下，经皮穿刺，按照计划将放射性碘125粒子8～20粒，永久性植入肿瘤内持续照射，粒子植入术后于患者肝区行体外高频热疗治疗，热疗时调节温度在41℃～43℃，60～90min，隔天进行。1个月后复查CT了解肿块大小，评价临床疗效。结果 8例患者PR5例，NC3例。Karnofsky评分增加0～10分。结论 放射性碘125粒子植入联合体外高频热疗治疗晚期肝癌，近期疗效满意，治疗操作简单、损伤小、防护安全，能改善患者生活质量。
