四氢生物蝶呤与叶酸对高脂血症兔尿蝶呤的影响

【摘要】 目的 比较叶酸与四氢生物蝶呤对高胆固醇血症兔尿蝶呤的影响。方法 24只新西兰大白兔随机分成4组,分别予以正常饮食(A组)、高胆固醇饮食(B组)、四氢生物蝶呤+高胆固醇饮食(C组)、叶酸+高胆固醇饮食(D组)。适应性喂养1周后,进入实验阶段,60d后取血清测总胆固醇,同时留尿样进行尿蝶呤分析。结果 A组血清总胆固醇含量明显高于其他各组(P<0.01),动物模型建立成功;与其它各组比较,B组尿新蝶呤升高而生物蝶呤下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。四氢生物蝶呤组与叶酸组间无统计学差异。结论 高胆固醇血症导致四氢生物蝶呤缺乏,外源性补充四氢生物蝶呤或叶酸均未可明显增加高胆固醇血症兔细胞内四氢生物蝶呤的含量。关键词 四氢生物蝶呤 叶酸 总胆固醇 新蝶呤 生物蝶呤
