【摘要】 目的 评价骨水泥自体骨粒BMP庆大霉素复合体在四肢骨干恶性骨肿瘤切除后骨缺损重建中的作用。方法 应用骨水泥自体骨粒BMP庆大霉素复合体加髓内内固定物重建四肢骨干恶性骨肿瘤切除后的骨缺损12例。从手术技术、肢体功能恢复以及并发症等全面评价此方法临床应用效果。结果 12例均为恶性骨肿瘤，均有周围软组织的侵犯，术后平均随访18个月，因远隔脏器转移死亡1例，局部复发1例，伤口感染1例，11例存活中肢体功能恢复均良好，有8例病人能从事一般工作。结论 骨水泥自体骨粒BMP庆大霉素复合体加髓内内固定物是四肢恶性骨肿瘤保肢术中骨缺损重建的一种创新性方法，其临床效果满意，可大大提高恶性肿瘤患者的生存质量，具有较好的临床应用价值。
