【摘要】 目的 研究军区四级心理卫生管理模式建立对部队心理障碍防治的影响。方法 1993年2～7月举办心理卫生知识学习班培训师、团、营心理疾病防治医师和师卫勤助理员，并对建立管理模式前(1993年)和建立管理模式后(1996年)、巩固期(2003年)驻疆部队心理障碍情况进行治疗与调查比较。结果 到1993年底全军区师、团(旅)和85%营卫生所有经过培训心理疾病防治医师，建立了军区精神卫生中心、师、团(旅)、营卫生组成的四级心理卫生管理模式，心理疾病防治医师由1993年不足1/10000以上升到1996年1/450人;1996年心理障碍的时点患病率[0.000%] [注] ，精神分裂症的社区防治有效率(84.33%)复发率(15.66%)较1993年有上升(75.49%)和下降(24.38%)，差异有显著性，1996年与2003年的防治有效率(84.61%)、复发率(15.38%)经统计学处理差异无显著性。结论 该模式对部队心理障碍的防治有效，可在全军推广。
