【摘要】 目的 研究猴菇菌丝体的水溶性多糖化学结构。方法 采用DEAE纤维素和sephadex柱分离纯化，通过理化常数、化学和光谱分析研究其化学结构特征。结果 从猴菇菌丝体中分离得到5个多糖均一体，其成分HEPb分子量5.3×10 4 ，为以葡萄糖为主的杂多糖，HEPc分子量3.7×10 4 ，为杂多糖肽，均一体单糖间的苷键构型均以α-苷键为主。结论 猴菇菌水溶性多糖由5个多糖均一体构成。其中HEPb及HEPc均为杂多糖。
