【摘要】 目的 研究血液灌流(Hp)与血液透析(HD)联合治疗重度有机磷农药中毒(Aopp)的效果。方法 116例重度Aopp患者分为两组，Hp+HD组和非Hp+HD组，非Hp+HD组予常规抢救治疗，Hp+HD组在常规抢救治疗的基础上辅以Hp+HD治疗。结果 Hp+HD组患者昏迷时间，血清胆碱酯酶(CHE)活性恢复时间、住院时间显著短于非Hp+HD组(P<0.05)，阿托品应用总量显著减少(P<0.05)，治愈率显著提高。结论 在常规抢救治疗上同时辅以Hp+HD可显著提高Aopp患者抢救成功率。
