【摘要】 目的 讨探肱骨骨折不愈合的原因及治疗方法。 方法 选取我院收治的32例肱骨骨折不愈合的病例，对其原因进行分析。肱骨干骨折不愈合采用带锁髓内钉治疗，肱骨外髁骨折不愈合采用手术切开复位克氏针加张力带钢丝内固定术治疗。 结果 肱骨骨折不愈合的原因主要为治疗方法错误及内固定材料因素及固定不完善。32例中，愈合31例，占96.9%，愈合时间4～10个月(平均6个月);未愈合1例，占2.2%。 结论 肱骨骨折必须选用正确的方法治疗，而采用带锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折不愈合和采用手术切开复位克氏针加张力带钢丝内固定术治疗肱骨外髁骨折不愈合可取得良好的疗效。
