【摘要】 目的 比较综合疗法治疗学龄前儿童各类屈光不正性弱视的疗效。 方法 应用综合疗法治疗学龄前儿童屈光不正性弱视856例(1621眼)，其中按屈光类型分为远视性弱视1232眼，近视性弱视81眼，混合散光性弱视308眼，按弱视程度分为轻度弱视644眼，中度弱视880眼，重度弱视97眼。分别对不同类型弱视的疗效进行比较。 结果 远视性弱视组治愈率86.93%，近视性弱视组治愈率66.67%，混合散光性弱视组治愈率86.69%。轻、中、重度弱视治愈率分别是97.67%、80.68%、54.64%。 结论 用综合疗法治疗儿童屈光性弱视的疗效与屈光不正的性质有关，其中远视性和混合散光性的弱视疗效较佳，近视性弱视疗效较差(P<0.005)。疗效与弱视的程度有关，弱视的程度越轻疗效越好，弱视程度越重疗效越差，重度弱视疗效差(P<0.005)。
