【摘要】 目的 总结我院腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)麻醉处理的临床经验。 方法 目前我院共实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术麻醉260例，对术前准备，麻醉方法的选择、术中监测、术后疼痛及恶心呕吐等并发症的处理等方面的经验进行了回顾性分析。 结果 全部病例采用静脉吸入复合全麻，麻醉手术平顺，苏醒迅速，术后并发症少。 结论 充分的术前准备，合理的麻醉方法的选择，严密的术中监测，积极的术后并发症的预防和处理是此类手术麻醉成功的关键。
