【摘要】 目的 研究提高群体急性毒鼠强中毒救治的策略。 方法 回顾性总结群体3批计121例急性毒鼠强中毒的救治方式及效果，结合文献，分析讨论。 结果 120例康复出院，1例死亡，治愈率99.2%。 结论 群体急性毒鼠强中毒急救的关键:(1)按病情分型、分组予以急救，救治的重点是重型患者。(2)中毒原因不明前，对重型病人立即予以镇静止痉药物控制抽搐，不能完全控制抽搐者，加用肌松剂;抽搐控制后快速气管插管，吸氧或予呼吸机通气纠正低氧血症。(3)中毒原因明确后及早实施血液灌流，积极使用二巯基丙磺酸钠+大剂量VitB 6 。(4)及早合理安排洗胃、催吐，有效导泻及利尿。(5)综合治疗，早期干预，防治并发症。
