【摘要】 目的 探讨脑干诱发电位(BAEP)在儿科临床的应用价值。 方法 收集2003年6月～2004年5月我院675例BAEP检查患儿的临床及BAEP资料进行分析。 结果 正常241例(35.7%)，异常434例(64.3%)。其中双耳异常366例(84.3%)，<3岁异常率66.7%。BAEP异常较高的疾患为听力障碍、缺氧缺血性脑病、语言发育障碍、高胆红素血症。窒息缺氧、感染、围产期疾患是造成早期听力障碍发生的主要原因。 结论 BAEP是一项早期筛查新生儿、婴幼儿听力障碍及判断脑干听中枢性功能异常的优良技术。对临床有重要的指导作用。
