【摘要】 目的 评价1988年5月～2003年12月应用肩锁钩治疗肩锁关节脱位43例的疗效。 方法 采用新式肩锁钩手术治疗肩锁关节脱位。 结果 随访1年以上30例，关节全部完全复位及畸合。 结论 肩锁钩应用后，取得满意疗效，是治疗肩锁关节脱位的好方法。
